Tourism Stakeholder Workshop

Belize Audubon Society is currently working on a sustainable tourism project at Half Moon Caye and Blue Hole Natural Monuments.

An interpretive messages workshop will be held on August 9th 2008 at the Half Moon Caye Natural Monument to recreate site history, purpose, and conservation messages.

This initiative is funded by The Nature Conservancy and UNESCO to promote local based tourism products at conservation sites. Through this project stakeholders will be intimately involved in the planning of a Public and Resource Use Plan for these sites.
