BAS celebrate World Bird Month with Bird Festival Belize City, Belize, October 6, 2009 - -The Belize Audubon Society invites all bird lovers to join in celebrating October as World Bird Month with the World Bird Festival. As avid birders will note the month of October is an exciting one as many birds begin their winter migration. So…if you are an avid birder or a novice interested in birding BAS invites you to join us at one of our Bird Festival Events listed below.

BAS is bringing birding to a town near you! Participation in the events is FREE of cost. All those interested are asked to provide their own snacks and transportation to and from the event.
